Madelyn Rylie has been in business since 2004, and the owner and creator, Marquece Holifield, started the business after 25 years working in Higher Education. She was inspired to make jewelry out of her need to find one-of-a-kind and unique jewelry pieces after the pandemic. It became really difficult to find quality jewelry at affordable prices. The Madelyn Rylie name is the combined name of Marquece's granddaughters who also have a love and passion for jewelry.
Her mission also grew from recognizing a need that is often overlooked: women who experience split, stretched, or damaged earlobes. Many women are forced to stop wearing earrings they love or consider expensive cosmetic procedures to address these concerns.
